1.   How will my purchase be delivered?
99% of all orders are fulfilled by email where you receive a link to download the material (ebooks and/or WORD and EXCEL files) or a zip file attachment depending upon the size of the file. You will receive the email response within 24 hours of your purchase.

If you purchase the paperback copy of IT Management-101, the book will be mailed to you by the following day the Post Office is open for business.

Orders are shipped after payment is received. We include a 100% Money Back Guarantee on all MDE products.

2.   Are there other means of making payment?
There are actually three ways to make payment.:
     1.  Online credit card order - We accept VISA, Master Card, Discover, and American
          Express via our online credit card service using secure servers. Your information is
          kept completely confidential.
     2.  PayPal - You may make payment from a PayPal account. Make payment to:

3.   Do you accept a company Purchase Order?
Yes.  The way our process works is that we can provide your company with invoice information for a PO as needed to request payment for the materials you desire. Once payment is received by our company, we will send you the materials.

4.   How soon will I receive my order?
Most orders (over 99%) are received the same day as the order is placed. That's the nice thing about providing material in ebooks and the power of the Internet. If you order a paperback copy of IT Management-101, the book is shipped the next business day.

5.   Is there tax or shipping charges?
NO. Even with our paperback version of IT Management-101, there are no additional charges. The price you see on the web site is the total price.

6.   Do you accept orders from outside the United States?
Yes. Over 30% of our orders are from outside the US.

7.   What type of payment do you accept?
We accept three types of payment:  Credit card (VISA, Master Card, Discover, and American Express), PayPal, or company check.

8.   Does MDE offer education or training?
Yes. We offer a very comprehensive 5-day IT Manager Institute covering virtually every key aspect of what it takes to manage technology resources effectively. The Institute includes one of the industry's first, and we believe the best, IT Manager Certification. The ITMP (IT Manager Professional) certification is only available to attendees of the IT Manager Institute and requires passing a 5-part exam.

9.   Does MDE offer an IT Manager Certification program ?
Yes, the ITBMC (IT Business Manager Certification) is one of the first and is definitely one of the most comprehensive IT manager certifications in the industry and was developed in cooperation with Belmont University. The ITBMC is structured around MDE's 5-day IT Manager Institute and requires passing a 5-part exam.

10.  Why does MDE provide books in ebook format?
There are several reasons for this:

The only book available in paperback is IT Management-101. It is available from the MDE web site or from Amazon.com.
