MDE presents IT Due Diligence topic to Nigerian banking industry
Recent legislation from the Nigerian government is causing a significant consolidation of the Nigerian banking industry. In order to assist in creating awareness of the significance an effective IT due diligence plays in mergers and acquisitions, MDE was called upon to present to senior managers of Nigerian banks.
Travel to Nigeria at the time was not an option so we developed two presentations, and a case study that was used by the consulting company, Phillips Consulting. After delivering the "canned" presentation, Mike Sisco participated in a Question and Answer conference call. Participants received a CD containing a comprehensive set of IT due diligence materials and tools developed by MDE.
